Beyond 2025 Action Hub
The policies proposed in “Project 2025” and the “America First Agenda”, along with the direction of the next administration and Congress, pose significant disruptions to American society that will be especially harmful to the most marginalized among us. In response, the Center for Innovation in Social Work & Health at Boston University School of Social Work launched the Beyond 2025 Action Hub, an initiative that invites you to engage with courage and action to uphold dignity, justice, and democracy. To meet the urgency this moment demands, we decided to release the Beyond 2025 Action Hub after only several weeks of development and testing. It isn’t perfect, but we wanted to get these tools out to the public quickly. We believe this early release is a meaningful first step. We invite you to share in its development by providing ongoing input through our Feedback button at the bottom of each page of the database.
Through this multi-pronged initiative, you can:
Search the Beyond 2025 Database, a user-friendly, searchable repository of 700+ “Project 2025”, the “America First Agenda”, and other policy proposals. You can search by topic, population, agency impacted, or source document (i.e. “Project 2025”, executive order, Congressional Act, etc.).
Download the Beyond 2025 Action Toolkit, a practical guide featuring curated exercises, tools, and resources to help you take action with family, neighbors, and friends, and the clients and communities with whom you are engaged.
Join us for Beyond 2025 Critical Conversations, a series of virtual convenings to equip you with information, tools, and resources to help you prepare, plan, and respond to policy changes proposed and enacted by Congress and the next administration.
A note about pacing, self-care, and joy: We believe that each of us plays a vital role in building a sustainable and thriving future so that each of us can live a connected and meaningful life. This work can take its toll on our physical and mental well-being and engaging with these topics can be challenging and, at times, retraumatizing. We encourage you to incorporate joy and to prioritize your well-being as you navigate this work—take breaks, step back, take care of each other, and practice self-care. Thank you for being part of this important work!
